Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

How to return an item: Contact us at hello@mypocketplot.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange everything for you. A free return label will be provided — there's no cost to you.

Refunds: Once your return has been received and processed by our supplier, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for this to appear depending on your bank.
